Pre-school Gymnastics
- Ages 3-5, girls & boys
- Students will learn basic skills, while gaining confidence, strength, and flexibility – the main building blocks for continued success in gymnastics.
- This class will meet once a week for a 30-minute class.
Beginner Gymnastics
- Girls ages 5+
- Students will work on all 4 events – floor exercise, uneven bars, balance beam, and vault.
- Utilizing the concept & techniques of progression, beginner students will learn the fundamental skills necessary to succeed in the sport of gymnastics.
- This class will meet once a week for 1 hour per class.
Intermediate Gymnastics
- Girls ages 5+ who wish to "step it up"
- Pre-requisite skills: forward & backward rolls, cartwheel, handstand, round off, strong bridge, pull over (bars), all walks on beam, squat on & straddle on (vault)
- This class will meet once a week for 1 hour per class.
Beginner Tumbling
- Girls ages 5+ wishing to learn tumbling on the FLOOR ONLY!
- Ideal class for cheerleaders who wish to learn basic tumbling skills (cartwheel, handstand, round off, bridge kick over), jumps, and improve their strength and flexibility
- This class meets once a week for 1 hour per class.
Intermediate Tumbling Level 1
- Girls ages 5+ who wish to work on the FLOOR ONLY and who have already mastered the fundamental skills of tumbling
- Pre-requsitie skills: forward/backward rolls, cartwheel, round-off, handstand, close to bridge kick over
- Students will work on round-offs, back walkovers, front walkovers, and back handsprings.
- This class meets once a week for 1 hour per class.
Intermediate Tumbling Level 2
- Girls ages 5+ who wish to work on the FLOOR ONLY and who have already mastered the beginner tumbling skills as well as the intermediate level 1 skills
- Pre-requisite skills: forward/backward rolls, cartwheel, round-off, handstand, back walkover, close to back handspring by self
- This class meets once a week for one hour per class.
Advanced Tumbling
- Girls ages 5+ who show a serious commitment to tumbling and already possess the intermediate level 2 skills
- Prerequisite skills: forward/backward rolls, cartwheel, round-off, handstand, back walkover, back handspring, front handspring step-out
- This class will work on mastering back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, front walkovers, front handsprings, front handspring step-outs, aerials, front tucks, back tucks, back layouts, and fulls.
- This class meets once a week for one hour per class.
